A Scooby-Rific Halloween

The day we went looking for costumes at Target i was expecting to come home with a new princess dress and a superhero, but Ellie had other plans. She has gotten into scooby-doo lately and when we saw the Daphne or Daph-A-nie, as she says, costume we were going home with it. She also thought Coop would look great as her side kick so we got on Amazon and 2 days later we had a Scooby too. He wasn't to keen on the idea and didn't want anything to do with it, until it was go time.
After being gone so long in October, we got home just in time for Halloween day. The kids were so excited to put on their costumes and head to Daddy's work. They went trick or treating and got some rather interesting finds including: candy, a diet Mtn. Dew, crackers, a cupcake, and athletic tape from the therapists!!!
That night we had a quick dinner of Chili at Tami's house and then hit the neighborhood. The kids had a blast and Cooper walked most of the time. Ellie wouldn't stop til her bag was entirely full, so Coop and Dad ended a little early to pass out candy at our house. Overall we had a great holiday and the kids can't wait to go out again next year.
