1st Day of PREschool

Last Friday Ellie had an Open House at the preschool, so she got all dressed up and ready to go. Brady got to see us off, because Coop was not feeling well and I didn't want to infect the neighbor kids. 

Ellie just started preschool on Tuesday and she loves it!!! The first day we took some pics before she left and then off she went with her BFF Abby. Once they got there they ran right in with no problems. After school Coop and I surprised her and we all went out to the girl's favorite spot, Menchies (a frozen yogurt place)!!! 

When I asked if she wanted to ride with us she said, "Nope I want to go with Abby!!" I'm sure this won't be the first I hear this, but it did make me a little sad thinking it was happening way to soon!!!!

Thursday Abby came over and they headed off for Day 2 like a couple of pros. Coop and I wasted the day out shopping and it felt like 2.5 hours was a LONG time, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Once the girls got in the car they asked if we were headed to Menchie's again. Nope sorry gals that was a one time deal, or maybe not!!!

I love the new songs Ellie has been singing, like the Days of the Week, which those are apparently the only words she knows and a personal favorite Shake out the Sillies!!! I'm so excited for her this year, but don't want it to go by to fast I'm not ready for a Kindergartener!!!!
